Equipped with a high-tonnage hydraulic station, the machine generates extreme linear pressure to force particles to bond naturally. 4. Intelligent hydraulic system with tramp iron protection.
The advanced hydraulic cylinder system maintains consistent forming pressure. If an unbreakable foreign object (like a steel bolt) enters the chamber, the hydraulic valves instantly release the pressure to let the rollers open safely and reset automatically, protecting the main shafts and bearings.
