Product Details

Crawler mobile secondary & tertiary crushing plant (tracked medium & fine crusher) is an advanced, fully autonomous crushing solution specifically engineered for the secondary and final reduction stages. Built on a heavy-duty hydraulic tracked chassis and operated via wireless remote control, this highly integrated plant can be flexibly equipped with either a high-efficiency cone crusher (for hard rocks like granite and basalt) or a powerful impact crusher (for limestone and concrete recycling). Working perfectly as an independent unit or in combination with a primary crawler station, it excels at processing intermediate materials into premium, highly uniform cubical aggregate and high-grade sand directly on-site.

Features:

Robust hydraulic crawler tracks with wireless remote control for superior tactical mobility.

Highly versatile configuration supporting both cone and impact crushers for medium/fine crushing.

Integrated design combining intermediate feeding, crushing, and product conveying.

Optimized crushing cavity guaranteeing superior uniform final product shape.

Smart PLC control system with automated sensors for real-time load and gap monitoring.

Highly fuel-efficient diesel-electric dual-power drive for minimized running costs.

Advanced hydraulic adjustment system for rapid and precise discharging size control.

Benefits Features

1. Powerful tracked mobility for flexible multi-site configurations.
Driven by an industrial-grade hydraulic crawler track system, this plant can move independently across rugged quarry floors to follow the mining face. Its wireless remote control allows for effortless positioning and quick integration into existing multi-stage mobile crushing lines.
2. Flexible crusher options tailored to specific rock hardness.
To perfectly match your project requirements, the plant features a modular design. It can be equipped with a hydraulic cone crusher to deliver high-pressure lamination crushing for hard, abrasive stone, or an impact crusher to achieve large reduction ratios and perfect cubical grading for medium-hard rocks.
3. Premium final aggregate quality with precise particle control.
Designed specifically for the finishing stages of aggregate production, the advanced crushing chamber design minimizes the generation of flaky or elongated particles. The resulting final products feature excellent cubical shapes that meet the most stringent highway and concrete industry standards.
4. Advanced hydraulic adjustment and automation.
Features a modern hydraulic adjustment system that allows operators to change the close-side setting (CSS) safely and quickly via the PLC control screen. Built-in sensors provide automated overload and tramp iron release protection, drastically reducing unexpected downtime.
5. Intelligent dual-power drive for ultimate fuel economy.
An intuitive onboard PLC system monitors engine loads and feed rates continuously. Supporting both a direct-drive diesel engine for high-torque crushing and an external grid connection for auxiliary electric operation, it delivers the ultimate balance of power and operational economy.
